I built this work after seeing first hand what happens when patterns go unexamined for too long. Addiction, avoidance, emotional reactivity - they don't start extreme. They build quietly, and by the time they look serious, the loop has already tightened. The REWRITE_ Project is about slowing that process down long enough to see it clearly. You learn to recognise your triggers before the escalate, understand what the behaviour has been trying to protect, and practise responding differently. There is structure. For 30 days, you follow a clear path with practical daily work. But the focus isn't pressure or performance. It's awareness, interruption, and steadier responses under stress. This isn't about suppressing urges or forcing yourself to change through willpower. It's about understanding how your patterns work so you can shift them at the root. By the end of 30 days, you wont feel "fixed." You'll feel clearer. More deliberate. Less pulled around by reactions you don't understand.
